The Spursbase Foundation is proud to present its Paint Tomorrow fundraising event, scheduled for September 20, 2025, aimed at raising GHS 50,000 to support education, health, and empowerment programs in rural Ghana.
This pivotal event will be held at C3 Ignite Church, East Legon, La Bawaleshie, bringing together over 200 stakeholders including community members, corporate partners, volunteers, and supporters dedicated to transforming the lives of children in underserved rural communities.
Rural communities in Ghana face significant educational and health challenges that hinder the development and well-being of children and their families. Many schools lack adequate infrastructure, teaching materials, and qualified teachers, which leads to poor academic performance and high dropouts, especially among girls. Health barriers, including limited access to healthcare, poor nutrition, and preventable diseases, further reduce children's ability to participate fully in school and contribute to the cycle of poverty.
Since 2019, Spursbase Foundation has positively impacted over 1,000 children and 500 families through comprehensive programs enhancing education, health services, and economic independence. The proceeds from Paint Tomorrow will directly support providing school supplies to 700 children, facilitating health screenings for 300 children, and empowering parents through business development initiatives in three under-resourced villages.
The Paint Tomorrow fundraising event represents a unique opportunity to catalyze transformative change for children and families in rural Ghana. Through community participation, partnerships, and strategic funding, this initiative aims to break the cycles of poverty and inequality, ensuring every child—regardless of birthplace—can learn, grow, and thrive.
Together, we will paint a brighter future for rural communities across Ghana.
