Five Years. One Movement. Your Step.

Run for Change is the flagship advocacy campaign of Spursbase Foundation. What began as a small community effort has grown into a national movement — amplifying the voices of children affected by poor infrastructure, teacher shortages, and educational exclusion across Ghana.

The 2026 edition marks our 5th anniversary. Rather than a ceremony, we chose action. Every participant who laces up on 26th September is making a statement: that children in underserved communities deserve to be seen, heard, and supported.

This is your invitation to be part of something that matters.
